Meera Vaishnav is a research-driven development professional with a strong academic background in Biotechnology.
She holds 8 years of experience in integrating scientific methodology into agricultural and ecological data-based research projects. Her work includes designing field studies, integrating soil and post-harvest data, and translating findings into practical solutions for farmers.

Vikas Thumar is a development professional with 5 years of experience working with pastoral and agricultural communities in Kachchh and Saurashtra, Gujarat.
Holding a Master’s degree in Social Work, he focuses on ecological farming, rural livelihoods, and community institution building.
Currently, at Satvik – Promoting Ecological Farming, he works on natural farming promotion, soil health, and conservation of indigenous seeds through women-led seed systems while strengthening Panchayat-level committees. Vikas emphasizes community ownership, grassroots mobilization, and sustainable rural development tailored to local contexts.
Nandni Chad serves as Project Assistant, contributing both academic knowledge and practical experience shaped by her upbringing in a farming community.
Her deep understanding of rural agricultural contexts strengthens her ability to support farmers effectively.
She plays a key role in implementing project activities related to seed systems, organic produce marketing, and soil health initiatives. Nandni also facilitates community meetings and workshops, promoting knowledge exchange, active participation, and collective problem-solving among community members.

At Satvik, Ankita focuses on supporting women farmers through initiatives in community-based seed systems, organic produce marketing, millet-based mixed cropping, and soil health improvement. By building strong relationships and fostering trust, she empowers women to enhance their agricultural practices, increase resilience, and improve their livelihoods.
Devi Rabari provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of office activities.
Her responsibilities include maintaining office and facilities management, handling banking and cheque-related tasks, managing stationery procurement, and supporting daily administrative operations. Also assists the accounts and administration department in executing assigned responsibilities efficiently and professionally.
